Finding the balance between faith and work in a faith-focused career feels both essential and challenging. Many would call it impossible! Shifting focus from finding the illusive balance to integration of faith, work, and life has been an effective strategy in my experience. Through both my research and my experience as a practitioner, I’ve gained valuable insight I’m happy to share with others seeking to more fully integrate their whole selves rather than fighting to find balance. Guest Lectures & Speaking
